Does anyone know what the Oregon flat fees are? It would help make the decision about reporting in detail or just paying the highest flat fee.

Even if a producer qualifies for the flat fee, there is no guarantee the flat fee is cheaper than the itemized reporting, I would suggest producers calculate it both ways and select the less expensive option.
That sounds like good guidance. As always, I suggest keeping a memo on file, just to explain your rationale, in case you are asked for it, and report your methodology (is there a methodology field for Oregon? I can’t remember! I know there is for California)
