What's actually due in California?

-2023 Annual Supply Report (this one matters a ton)
-2025 Annual Supply Report
-Annual Source Reduction Report (where you were in 2023 vs now)
-Individual Source Reduction Plan (this is due August 1)

To be clear, it’s California Individual Source Reduction Plan, Annual Source Reduction Report, Baseline Report (2023) and Annual Supply Report (2025).

If we are registered with CAA, do we need to do something to re-submit our 2023 baseline data before May 31? It’s not clear to me what I need to do in the producer portal.

Yes, they are saying you need to go back in and press Submit again, even if it hasn’t changed. Let me see if I can find the reference, but I definitely heard that on a call.

The button should be called ‘Verify’ do you see that?

Ok, I’m not seeing that anywhere. I can reach out to them with a support ticket. Thanks!

this is what they said:
Following the California regulations being finalized on Friday, May 1st, CAA notified producers that their original California Baseline Report (2023 Data Year) has been updated back to Saved and producers need to log in to the Producer Portal, review previously submitted data against final regulatory requirements, make any updates, and click submit again to verify their final data for the California Baseline Report (2023 Data Year). You will not see a ‘verify’ button. Your resubmission is how you can verify your data. As mentioned you will need to review and resubmit your California Baseline Report (2023 Data Year) through the Producer Portal before you can submit your 2026 Annual Source Reduction Report, as some of the data in your ASR Report will automatically pull from the submitted Baseline Report.
